  • clear water-soluble cooling lubricant with low foaming tendency

  • on the basis of fully synthetic anionic and non-ionic lubricating components
    as well as high-effective corrosion inhibitors
  • mixed with tap water, it becomes a clear solution which enables a good observation
    of the grinding process
  • free of formaldehyde releasers

As the product does not contain any secondary amines, there is no risk of formation of nitrosamines according to the current state of knowledge.

Furthermore, Zubora TKG is inhibited against the formation of nitrosamines, i.e. if there are secondary amines and nitrite due to foreign carry-over e.g., no stable N-nitrosamines can be formed. Therefore, when exceeding the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 a partial or complete change of the working solution is not necessary.

Zubora TKG is used as coolant solution especially for grinding cast iron, hardened- and tempering steel,
free cutting steel and non-ferrous heavy metals.

The product was developed especially for use in rolling mills. It is suitable for grinding of the rollers of both -
cold forming as well as hot forming.

Additionally, it can also be used for easy cutting operations as e.g. turning, milling and drilling without
any problems.

Zubora TKG can also be used when the worked parts are cleaned by solvent cleaners afterwards.

Recommended hardness of the preparation water:

4 to 20° dH (70 - 360 ppm CaCO3).

Grinding          2.5 to 3.5 % (depending on the working material)
Metal cutting   3.5 to 7 %
