Multicut Basic 32
Art-Nr.: 22110The products of our multi-purpose Basic-System are available in the viscosity grades ISO VG 32 / 46 and 68. They are suitable for machining processes as well as for the lubrication of machines.
This products are based on the same base oil with the same additivation and are optimally matched to each other. Mixings which are unavoidable due to leakage during the use in the machine tools do not influence the manufacturing process in a negative way.
However, when using different viscosities dependent on the construction, we recommend to observe the viscosity of the working oil.
- non water-miscible multi-purpose-oil based on high-grade base oils
- suitable as cutting-, hydraulic- and circulation oil for the lubrication of machines as well as spindles
- contains additives improving the ageing- and corrosion protection
- contains sulphurous and phosphorous EP-additives to improve the mechanical load- and the
pressure absorption capacity - therefore, decrease of friction between tool- and work piece pairs
- free of chlorine and zinc
- low in aromatics, oil mist and evaporation
- thus, environmental burdens at the workplace are reduced
- fulfills the requirements of HLP-hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 part 2
- corresponds to the requirements according to DIN 51 517 part 3 for circulation lubrication
in the viscosity grades 32, 46 and 68 - except the FE8-test

The products of our Multicut Basic-range can be used for easy to medium difficult machining processes
of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous heavy metals. As they also fulfill the requirements for HLP-hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 part 2, the products of our Multicut Basic-range can also be used as hydraulic oils. Due to their alloying they can also be used as gear oils in the viscosity grades 32, 46 and 68. Moreover,
Multicut Basic 68 corresponds to the requirements of DIN 51 502 CGLP for guide way and slide way oils.
Process problems which result from the drag in of leakage oils in cutting or grinding oils can be avoided
due to the universal usability of our Multicut Basic-range.
Moreover, the use of the products from our Multicut Basic-range leads to reduction of types.
